I conduct checks carefully (for instocks items) before selling you the items to ensure no defective stock. Thus, no exchange/refund after sold.

*In any case of exchange for wrong items/size/colour, Attach image of wrong area and email to me. If shop allows refund, Goods must be returned within 5 days upon receiving goods and in the same condition without any tampering, alteration, washing. We'll not deal with 3rd parties for exchanges.
＊BELOW REASONS STRICTLY NOT NOTED AS DEFECTS＊
1) Slight colour differences
2) Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes),washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered; 3) Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

You should know that dressheavenly are selling all items at low costes already, especially pretty apparels cost prices are high, all our apparels are <$21, i'm earning bascially a little bit only. Everyone loves fast deals, but at cheap prices also, hence i am already trying to set prices afforable. So don't go too overboard =]
Some ppl who tend to bargin very long are the most fishy. Becos they can just simply purchase from other shops which they claim to be selling cheaper. So, i will just reply back with a "No" to these bargins, sry if u feel that i am providing a bad service to u this way.
